1.2 What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. Rockit.co.in offers Cash on Delivery option for all orders between Rs. 1,000 and Rs. 10,000 on most of the delivery addresses. To place an order and pay for it using Cash on Delivery (COD), please select the 'Cash on Delivery' option on the payment page.
1.3 Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?
If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Your order value may be below Rs. 1000 OR
2. Our courier partners may not support Cash on Delivery option on your delivery address.
1.4 Is there any extra charge I have to pay for Cash on Delivery?
No, Rockit.co.in does not charge anything extra for Cash on Delivery facility.
2.1 How to place an order?
We at Rockit try our best to give you an amazing shopping experience and that's why we made it very simple to buy a product. Just go to Rockit.co.in> scroll the category you wish to look products in > Select the product > Have a look at different views of the products > Select the size > Select the color > Click on Buy Now > Click on Check out > fill the shipping information > make the payment through Credit/Debit Card /Net banking or alternatively you can select the Cash on Delivery option > your order would be placed successfully.

2.2 How much time it would take to get me my order?
Normally it takes upto 7 days to reach to your doorstep from the date of order placed. (Delivery time may be exceeded depending upon your location).
2.3 How orders on Rockit.co.in are delivers to me?
We dispatch your order through reputed logistics partner (Depending upon your location).
2.4 How would Rockit intimate me when my order is dispatched from its warehouse?
We always keep you informed with the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you shall receive an SMS and an Email mentioning the shipping detail such as Courier Company, Docket No etc.
2.5 IF YOU RECIEVE AN OPEN OR A TAMPERED PACKAGE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT IT.
3. Returns and Exchange: In case customer don't like the ordered product, our '15 day return policy' gives an option to Return the items purchased on Rockit.co.in within 15 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. In case you receive the same product you have ordered but still need size exchange than you can send the request within 15 days of receiving the product to email@example.com or call 0161-5048600., 9855001199. In that case we will arrange reverse pick-up of the product. However, size replacement is subject to availability of required size with us.
3.1 Manufacturing Defect: In case of any manufacturing defect in the delivered product, customer needs to report the issue to Rock.It support team within 24 hours of the receipt of delivery. In case of any issues related to manufacturing defect after using the product, customer has to approach us within 30 days from the receipt of delivery. In the event product requires quality check and once your product has been approved by our quality staff, we will credit refund/ cash voucher to your account.
We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability. If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed in the form of voucher to you Rockit Account and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us.

Pick-up: If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Our Courier staff will initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk. Once your product has been approved by our quality staff, we will credit refund/ cash voucher to your account
There are few things which you need to make sure before returning a product.
· All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
· In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
4. Cancellation or Modification
4.1 Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can but you can do so within 6 hours of placing an order or before we have processed your order by contacting our customer care at +91 9855001199, 0161-5048600.
4.2 Can I modify my order once it is placed?
Yes, you can modify the size, colour or shipping address of your order by contacting our customer support team at +919855001199, 0161-5048600. Our customer care associates can modify your order if you contacted us before we have processed it. This is subject to availability of the product required.
4.3 When and how would I receive refund of order I have cancelled?
If you had placed order by selecting Cash on delivery option, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for that. And if you have placed the order by using Credit/Debit card or Net banking then we will issue a cash voucher of the same amount to your account with 30 days validity which you can use in your next purchase with us.
5. Coupons and Cash Vouchers
If there is any refund situation or any promotional campaigns in which we issue you a cash voucher or coupon, you can redeem the same in the following ways at the time of placing the order. Click on my cart > Click on Order Summary > Enter the voucher code in the field next to the voucher code row > Click on Add > you will see your voucher is added to the cart and has the predefined value.
