1.1 what are the payment options available at Rockit.co.in?

1.2 What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. Rockit.co.in offers Cash on Delivery option for all orders between Rs. 299/- and Rs.10000/- on most of the delivery addresses. To place an order and pay for it using Cash on Delivery (COD), please select the 'Cash on Delivery' option on the payment page.

1.3  Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page? 

If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Your order value may be below Rs. 299/- OR
2. Our courier partners may not support Cash on Delivery option on your delivery address.

1.4  Is there any extra charge I have to pay for Cash on Delivery? 

No, Rockit.co.in does not charge anything extra for Cash on Delivery facility.

1.5 Is there any extra charge I have to pay for Delivery? 

Yes, Rockit.co.in charge Flat Rs 49/- as shipping charge if the order value is equal to or below than Rs.399/-

2. Orders

2.1 How to place an order?

We at Rockit try our best to give you an amazing shopping experience and that's why we made it very simple to buy a product. Just go to Rockit.co.in> scroll the category you wish to look products in > Select the product > Have a look at different views of the products > Select the size > Click on Add to Cart >Click on View Cart > Click on Check out > fill the shipping information >Select Payment Method COD or Prepaid. If prepaid make the payment through Credit/Debit Card /Net banking or alternatively you can select the Cash on Delivery option > Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and your order would be placed successfully.

2.2 How much time it would take to get me my order?

Normally it takes up to   5-7 days to reach to your doorstep from the date of order placed. (Delivery time may be exceeded depending upon your location).

2.3 How orders on Rockit.co.in are delivers to me?

We dispatch your order through reputed logistics partner (Depending upon your location).

2.4   How would Rockit intimate me when my order is dispatched from its warehouse?

We always keep you informed with the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you shall receive an SMS and an Email mentioning the shipping detail such as Courier Company, Docket No etc.

3.   Returns and Exchange

We of course do our very best to ensure that the product we dispatch is correct and is of highest quality and we hope that you will love every purchase with us. But if ever a customer doesn’t like the delivered product or the product is not as per the expectation or facing size issue in the received product then the customer can return the same to us in its original condition by informing us within 15 days of receiving the product. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. We don’t offer re-dispatch of required size. In such cases, we will refund the payment to the source account of the customer. In case of COD order, Customer has to share the bank details like bank account no., Account holder name & IFSC code of the bank. The amount will be refunded in the customer bank account through NEFT. Shipping charges won’t be refunded if charged in the order.

3.1 Defect or Variation:

Also, if ever a delivered product has any manufacturing defect or has any variation from the product selected in order then you can report to us along with product snapshots within 48 hours of receiving the product. A customer can share snapshots on hello@rockit.co.in. You can contact to Rockit support team at: 01615048600, 9855001199.

 In case of any issues related to manufacturing defect after using the product, customer has to approach us within 30 days from the receipt of delivery. In the event product requires quality check and once your product has been approved by our quality staff, we will credit refund/ cash voucher to your account.

We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability. If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us.  If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. If you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed with Rs.100/- in the form of Coupon/Cash back to you Rockit Account after receiving your product at our end.

Pick-up:   If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Our Courier staff will pick up the product as handed over by you. A customer has to ensure the correct product will be handed over to the courier along with all packing. A further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk. Once your product has been approved by our quality staff, we will credit, refund/ cash voucher to your account.

There are few things which you need to make sure before returning a product.

·          All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

·          In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.

4.  Cancellation or Modification

4.1 Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can but you can do so within 6 hours of placing an order or before we have processed your order through your account in the order history or by contacting our customer care at +91 9855001199, 0161-5048600, 18001800501.

4.2   Can I modify my order once it is placed?

You cannot modify the size, color or shipping address of your order.

4.3   When and how would I receive refund of order I have cancelled?

If you had placed order by selecting Cash on delivery option, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for that. And if you have placed the order by using Credit/Debit card or Net banking then we refund the payment to his/her credit/Debit card or original method of payment. Shipping charges won’t be refunded if order processed for dispatch.

5. Coupons and Cash Vouchers

If there is any refund situation or any promotional campaigns in which we issue you a cash voucher or coupon, you can redeem the same in the following ways at the time of placing the order.  Click on view cart > Use available cash back in your account or Enter the coupon code in the field Enter your coupon here > Click on Apply Coupon> you will see your voucher is added to the cart and has the predefined value.

7. SHIPPING

7.1How much time it would take to get me my order?

We dispatch your order through reputed logistics partner (Depending upon your location).Normally, we ship your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order and it takes 3 to 7 business days to reach to your doorstep. (Delivery time may be exceeded depends upon your location). In case customer hasn’t received the full or partial order but he got the order delivered confirmation by Rockit or logistic partner through SMS or mail, in such case customer has to report us within 48 hours after getting order delivered confirmation. No complaints will be entertained after 48 hours of the delivery confirmation message.

7.2How would Rockit intimate me when my order is dispatched from its warehouse?
