Shipping Policies

We dispatch your order through reputed logistics partner (Depending upon your location).Normally, we ship your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order and it takes 3 to 7 business days to reach to your doorstep. (Delivery time may be exceeded depends upon your location). In case customer hasn’t received the full or partial order but he got the order delivered confirmation by Rockit or logistic partner through SMS or mail, in such case customer has to report us within 48 hours after getting order delivered confirmation. No complaints will be entertained after 48 hours of the delivery confirmation message.

We always keep you informed with the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you shall receive an SMS and an Email mentioning the shipping detail such as Courier Company, Docket No etc. A Customer can also the track his order from his Rockit account in your orders section.

Returns & Refund Policy

We of course do our very best to ensure that the product we dispatch is correct and is of highest quality and we hope that you will love every purchase with us. But if ever a customer doesn’t like the delivered product or the product is not as per the expectation or facing size issue in the received product then the customer can return the same to us in its original condition by informing us within 15 days of receiving the product. We don’t offer re-dispatch of required size. In such cases, we will refund the payment to the source account of the customer. In case of COD order, Customer has to share the bank details like bank account no., Account holder name & IFSC code of the bank. The amount will be refunded in the customer bank account through NEFT. There are few things, which customer needs to make sure before returning the product.

(1) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

(2) The item must be in the original packaging.

(3) All brand tags should be intact.

If we found the product has not been returned in the resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the Return/Refund. If you are returning a product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges also incurred in sending the product to you and bear the costs of returning it to us.

Once we received the product at our warehouse then we will further process of refund in bank account or Rockit wallet after being satisfied that the product is unused, tags intact, and not damaged.

Further, it is made clear that the return of the product ordered by the customer shall be the discretion of the company/ seller and in case the Returned product is found to be different then what was ordered then there shall be no return as well as refund. The seller shall take no responsibility of the product, and the return shall only be at the discretion of the company/ seller.

In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.

There is no replacement for free gifted items.

Normally return process will take 7 to 10 business days.

In case of return, we will arrange reverse pick-up for your order. But in case your area/pin code does not serve by any of our logistic partners for re pick-up and delivery then you will have to ship it from your end and you will be reimbursed with Rs. 100/- in the form of Cash back in your Rockit account.

No return Request will be entertained if the wallet credit/Voucher was already redeemed in the order.

Cancellation or Modification

You can cancel order only before we have processed your order. You can do so by contacting to our customer care at +91 9855001199, 18001800501, 0161-5048600. If the order is already processed for shipping than we won’t be able to cancel it.

Refund in case of Order Cancellation

If you had placed order by selecting Cash on delivery option, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for that. And if you have placed the order by using Credit/Debit card or Net banking then In such cases, we will initiate payment refund to the source account of the customer after receiving the product at our if dispatched from our warehouse. Shipping charges won’t be refunded if order processed for dispatch.
